I was told it would take 2 hours, they found an oil leak so had to replace pan, ended up taking 5 hours for service and I was waiting. Bad customer service!
Normally when you go to do a oil change they put a sticker telling you went is next or verbally went is the next,

In the past I have been in and out for oil changes in an hour sometimes less.
I was told about an hour when I arrived for appointment but Andes up taking almost two hours to complete
