Jay made it so easy for me! I’m an 18yo who just bought her first car and was super bummed and stressed when I had to bring it in to get fixed. Jay made it SO easy for me and I didn’t think I was getting tricked into anything(like the Escondido GMC tried to do to me). All I had to do was sign some things and you all handled it very quickly and it works perfectly now!

During my last visit I told Jay has done a superb job in representing the dealership and the GMC brand. He is knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. I have problems with the air conditioning system in my Acadia. Jay has been helpful and sympathetic to the numerous repairs. The last two visits Jay interceded on my behalf. His handling of my problem gave me confidence in the dealership to purchase my next Acadia at Hoen.
