Service center was just as good as my buying experience. This dealership is the best I've worked with in my 35 years of buying cars or trucks. They really treat you like family, stand behind there product and make sure your experience is great. I'm so happy I bought my 2500HD AT4 from this dealer. Great staff and leadership.

I asked for a document that indicates everything is in working order on this 2020 Escalade to send to NC for purposes of getting the vehicle registered because they require an inspection. I didn’t get this when I checked out. I called back later that day and requested to have it sent to my husbands email address, but he never received it. I still need this document. This is one of the reasons I brought the vehicle in for service.

I am, satisfied to the point, but was not completely satisfied after my first visit, because I had to return the less than 24 hours. I hope this solve my problem, spending nearly $2600, is lot of money, so I hope you guys diagnosed and solve this issue. Thanks you

Jay did an amazing job of keeping me updated on my vehicle and letting me know if anything came up. The only thing I would make us a suggestion to your company is we have owned a lot of cars in every time I ever took a car in for service they washed it before giving it back to me, your company did not do this.
