We could have taken our vehicle to the GMC dealer in National City or Mission Valley, both within 10 miles of home, but the service made the 75 mile round trip worth the effort.

Had an appointment at 1045 for basic maintenance (Oil change) and a key fob to be programmed. Was told it would take “a few hours” I waited until appx 1700 still no update. I phoned service department, and my car had apparently just got finished. 6 hours for an oil change with no update regarding delay?ok. I’ll pick my car up in the morning. New key fob doesn’t have the upper metal clip. I’ll need to come back in again for that. There were oil smudges on the tan leather interior, service dept was shown and attempted to wipe clean. Won’t bring my new car there again for much.
