Surprised my wheels needed adjusting. Car only has 7600 miles on it. Gave permission fir them to rotate tires but wondered why.

Sharon, Tire rotations are recommended every 5,000 miles, or every oil change. This insures the tires wear evenly and get the most out of them with traction and longevity.

Went for oil change and it happened well. Service technician did not clearly check the actual condition of the vehicle in multipoint inspection. They went blindly with mileage and recommended other services without checking history of service done on the vehicle. I was expecting actual check than mere mileage checklist and standard recommendations

Parthiban, Unfortunately Honda does not have a connected service history so we can see national records, this makes it difficult to see what services have been performed by other shops. This is why we have to at least bring the maintenance thats due by time and miles.

Rachel showed me on my car, the possible cause of a sound I heard while breaking. I was pleased that she showed knowledge and interest in my car prior to its tuneup. I also appreciated getting a ride home to wait for my car to be done. Thanks! Mary

Everyone was wonderful to us, went above and beyond in fixing up our car and making all convenient for us. Courteous, kind. Car was spotless when returned. Helpful and friendly shuttle service.
