For a scheduled appointment of a GOF that I arrived on time for takes 1 hour and 37 minutes to complete is unacceptable. My time away from work should also be considered and not disregarded.

My fault for not asking, but they pulled my air filters, to show them to me and ask if I wanted them replaced. I said no on the engine filter but OK on the cabin filter. Never dreamed you would charge $70 - $80 dollars to throw a new $10 cabin filter back in. Especially since you had already pulled it and would have to put my old one back for free if I had said no. Live and learn.

You will find that our price for a Honda HEPA cabin air filter is very competitive with the surrounding Honda dealers. Yes you can go buy a aftermarket low quality filter for 10-15 dollars but it will not fit as well and definitely not filter the heating and a/c system as well as O.E.M.
Your batteries are of low quality and unacceptable. I am on my third battery for a 2015 vehicle. The last one only lasted a year. Had I known this Honda problem, I may not have even purchased the vehicle.

I was thrilled that my appt went well and my car was ready earlier than promised. Carla was very nice and I was glad I took my car in today!
Rachel was great. However, having to play the middleman and communications between corporate Honda in Tyler Honda was extremely frustrating. This was a technical service bulletin fix that took over three weeks to take care of because Paul poor communication between Honda corporate and Tyler Honda. Having the Customer facilitate the transaction and work was not the most economical or proper way to handle the situation.
Rachel Wheeler was amazing and gave GREAT customer service from beginning to end. She told me I needed a key battery and I told her I had no idea how to put it in and she gave it to someone and it was fixed! My whole service/oil change was fast and efficient. She also asked if I needed anything else and I shared with her that my phone is not hooked up to the car and I tried many times and failed. She said “give me two minutes”and she came back and said “It’s all done”! I also think very highly of Robert Clarke! Great man!! Thank you
