Rachel was friendly, helpful and thorough as usual. Jessie was also helpful answering my questions. My experiences 2-3 years ago dealing with the service manager at that time had completely soured me towards Honda and Tyler. The personnel changes you made have turned that completely around. I’m extremely pleased with the service I now receive.

Steven, I'm sorry to hear we didn't meet your expected promise time. To be fair we did provide you with a loaner car to use given the amount work being performed. My understanding was you returned before the car was complete and turned the loaner car back in and waited in the lounge?
