I looked back at the repair order and it reflects you authorizing the tire rotation along with other additional work needed. There may have been a miscommunication between you and the service adviser. I would ask to bring that to my attention during check out.

I appreciate the try. I took my car in for oil change and came out with a huge list of expensive car repairs.
I used to trust this Honda dealer but I feel like the service members are bored and looking for things to do. I feel like it is not professional and in fact- the woman checking me out for my oil change and $100 diagnostic fee yawned loudly. I mean, seriously??? I work hard for my money and this environment which used to be professional and positive feels sad and depressed.
One time a few months ago I called and no one was answering and once I finally got thru to the service department the woman said everyone was outside looking at a snapping turtle.
I am sorry, but though I have always owned Honda vehicles i will be taking my car elsewhere.
Enough people sitting around and looking bored makes me feel very uneasy.
