I needed to replace the tires on my car and get an alignment. Both were done within the time quoted. The service people were friendly and very good at explaining what was done along with the warranties.

Miserable service. Took car in for a recall they said it would be a couple days. Three weeks later and multiple calls to them they still didn’t have the part. The made us call corporate to get a rental, yet corporate said they had the authority to give us one. Waited two days and talked to 5 different people and finally got a rental car. Took another nine days ( now over a month of our car in the shop) to get the car finished. They called to say it was done and we got hit with a snow storm and work. The next day they called an hour before close saying it needed picked up today or we were responsible for the rental car payment. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received from a company. Will not return for ANYTHING in the future!

To be completely honest this needs to be a review sent to American Honda, for this is their issue they caused and we had to be he bad guys to relay the information. We did everything Honda instructed us to do. I apologize that the repair took so long but unfortunately was 100% out of our hands.

You never said anything about the red light that indicates something is wrong with the new tires according to my husband. I will be there Monday weather permitting. Lucia N

I'm not sure what you are getting at? There is no red light that has anything to do with tires. Only a yellow light that looks like a horse shoe ( ! ). Please call or come in for further information.
