The service was excellent but the cost was more than I wanted to spend.
The Service was great, I had an electrical problem that needed a skillful technician and Tyler Honda Service stepped up and did the job right. Happy with the repair and the price. An experience with NO stress.
I really like the new texting service. I guess I don't know how new it is, but it was new for me. I enjoyed being able to discuss in real time what was going on with my vehicle.

Jesse was very considerate to helping me with getting my Fit repaired and to my needs. I TOTALLY appreciated him giving me a loaner car while parts were coming in for my Fit. Without my vehicle, I can't get to my teaching job and all of its responsibilities. He made sure that things were done on time like he had promised, which I am thankful! It was a wonderful experience.
I got an oil change and my washer fluid was empty upon picking up my vehicle. My cabin filter had acorns in it but I opted out of getting it replaced because I was already spending $1000. They put the filter back in my car with loose acorns...and when I went to leave it made a horrible noise when I turned my heater on. I let them know this and Rachel said “it’s just the acorns”. My car didn’t make this noise when it was dropped off and I wasn’t going to leave with it like that. I had to repeat myself a few times before she got the point that this was unacceptable. They “fixed it” and halfway home I had the same problem. They were closed at this point and I cannot use my heater in the dead of winter. I thought going to a dealership I would get a better quality of service. They had the filter out, I have a picture. It would’ve taken two seconds to dump them in the trash. Even a place like quick lube would fill the washer fluid when you get an oil change.

The service was as expected. BUT, today, the day after I had the car serviced, I got a discount coupon from Tyler Honda which would have saved $8.00 on the oil change. Bad timing.
