Was told it would be 1.5 hours. Wife waiting 6 hours and then told they couldn't do the work at your shop. And to top it off, they put a scratch in the fender! Totally unsatisfied and expect a follow up call!
Initially you promised around 2 hours of service, however, I was waiting 4 hours to complete the service in waiting room where the free wifi doesn't work and lack of chair.
