My service advisor was very nice and helpful but unfortunately I was unable to get my car fixed. The advisor was unable to find my warranty information in your system. I ended up driving to the dealership that I bought the car from and I am scheduled to have the car fixed today

Arbenz is the best serviceman you can get. I brought my auto to get fixed for rear seat handle. Arbenz not only gets the part in time to fix but also threw in free maintenance for me. I’m totally blown off with his professionalism and kindness.

Very dissatisfied. Found a deep scratch on my hood and the light that was installed had a bulb that was out. If the techs aren’t making sure the bulbs are working correctly after installation, what does that say about the other services preformed on my car and others? I am in touch with the service provider who handled my car and am awaiting a solution for the 2-3 inch scratch as well as fixing the bulb.
