There was additional work performed with inadequate justification.
No explanation was given for the requested warranty work I asked for on the HVAC System.-what tests were performed and did anyone actually run it to verify my observations.
Fantastic my service experience was truly exceptional. I couldn’t ask for anything more. It was great in a timely matter. My service rider told me if it was gonna take longer he would let me know. He pointed me in the right directions to your waiting room and your complementary snacks thank you for the great customer service and the experience that I had at your service department. Super friendly and helpful
Service was satisfactory but delivery timing was much off. I was informed my car will be ready between 2 to 3 pm but I wasn’t informed there will be a delay. Upon calling after waiting I was told it will be ready at 5pm. I received the message after 5 and my entire schedule went off because of uncertainty.

It’s been since December 21,2024 and I’m still waiting for my refund for a battery. They said it’s with the manger to sign and send the check but certainly there is a delegate who can do that. It’s been almost 3 weeks. I’ve been a customer there for more than 10!years but last experience makes me want to go to a different shop.
Guys standing around while I watch you gossip. Another person comes in after me and you help her first. You hand my paperwork to someone else to check me out. The other person hands me my keys so I wait outside in high winds. Someone comes out and asks me if I’ve been helped 2 times and then finally figures out the cs person gave me my car keys so it can’t be driven to me for pickup. The financial department calls me to make another appointment for a second car shield coating on my car. Then calls me back and says it was done. No where on the paperwork says the car got a first car shield coating. So I’m I due another shield coating? I don’t trust your service department or financial advisor. If I didn’t pay for my future oil changes would be at no charge I would be going to another dealer for service. AND I’m expecting other charges in the future added to my service agreement because you guys like money so much. I didn’t rate you zero because you are trying but need to be honest
