Nathaniel was awesome and made my stop in at this Honda location super pleasant and easy (never thought id say that about being at a car dealership). I live right by the Torrance Honda but will definitely be back here for service and any other car needs due to the customer service. This guy deserves a huge raise and bonus.

I was quoted an astronomical price. When I called back to say I was taking it elsewhere, all of a sudden you were able to price match, which was half of what I was quoted. Then I was told my car would be ready on a certain day and I'd gear by noon. At 2:00 I called and was told the car wouldn't be ready until 2 days later. I asked why I wasn't notified of this and he said "I was just going call you. The technicians are backed up. My car was there for 2 days prior to that. That was and is unacceptable. I needed my car to meet prior appointments and said I needed it finished the next day. It was, and when I arrived, I was treated rudely. So to me, it seems my car wasn't a priority because I called out the service rep on price and then called him out again on his customer service. I won't be back.

Everyone was helpful and friendly - from drop off to pickup. Car was earlier than anticipated/quotes time. It was my first time there, and I was happy with the experience.

I called Jacob 4 separate times and didn’t get ahold of him or a returned phone call.
I paid to get windshield wipers installed, but the parts were just laying in the plastic on my passenger seat in my car. They were not installed, and I didn’t notice until I got home that the windshield wipers in the plastic bags were on my passenger seat. I asked my service advisor to get a refund And he said it would take a couple days to get my money back onto my credit card. So I am waiting for the refund. I am disappointed and will not be returning.
