Been very satisfied since I bought my car with Norm Reeves. The service department has always been great in taking care of my car. Nate always gives great customer service and is a great service advisor. I do not live anywhere close but I will continue to bring my car here. Jacob made it real easy to change the part we needed, I had my son go there to make the exchange with my credit card to pay for anything I may owe. However, my son came back and said, "it was like an even trade, no money exchange. So, I have no idea if I owe money for the difference or if they owe me.
