First, it took a week to get a courtesy vehicle – even after it was determined that our vehicle would be in for a long stretch. During that week, we were promised repeatedly that there was a vehicle that would be available – then suddenly when the day arrived to pick up the car there was an excuse for why it wasn't available. Only when I turned up in person at the dealer and escalated to the service manager did I see any movement on my request – and even then, it seemed like no one was aware that I had even requested a courtesy vehicle. Mind you, I have a wife who relies on our car for transportation for work and an infant that we need to take to child care. Second, when the repairs were in progress for our car I did not receive any regular updates. Repeatedly, my phone calls were not picked up and I was ignored by staff. I did not feel that my requests for additional information on the nature of the repairs were provided with any level of appropriate detail. Only after multiple contact attempts did I receive updates. I expect better when I've spent tens of thousands of dollars at your dealer. Finally, when it came close to arranging pickup for our vehicle we were again met with a series of empty promises. Over and over again, we were told it would be available "tomorrow" – yet when tomorrow arrived it was further delayed. At that point, just don't even bother telling me an exact day. Without even mentioning how unsatisfactory it is to have a key engine component fail at only 11k miles on a Honda, the service we've received at your dealer is nothing short of disappointing and disrespectful.
