I am very pleased with the service I received. Brandon went out of his way to make it a positive experience. He provided me with access to You Tube videos to learn more about my Prologue and even recharged my car so I could go home without anxiety due to a lack of electricity.

My car still needs repair that was already paid for, but my Honda contact Arbenz has failed to respond to my text messages. I was told to pick up my car on Tuesday at 8:30am and tried to confirm it was completed with Arbenz and he did not respond. I called and another member of your service team told me my car was ready. When I arrived at 8:50am my car was brought out missing the door handle/cap that I was told would be installed. This is after my car was in for maintenance last week and I was told there were no issues that needed to be addressed immediately and that driving it over the weekend would be ok. It was not. My car stalled out while driving with a baby in the car. I am so dissatisfied i would prefer to never return to your service center, but I already paid for the repair on my door. Please have someone else, not Arbenz reach out to me to
Schedule the door repair. I will not be leaving my car there and would like it done with urgency at the time of drop off. Your service department has wasted enough of my time already and I am fed up.

Michael was awesome in getting the necessary service work done as part of the first step to a longstanding problem I have with Odyssey’s auto-idle function. He was thorough in explaining the potential cause and the proposed solution and got my car back to me within reasonable amount of time. Appreciate the effort on this part and hoping this should be the last time I have to visit the service center for this problem.
