This delaership trying to overcharge for repair. This person quoted ovet $3000 which I completed repair $380 at midas including part changes. There was service provided. Even small checkup he tries to charge which was included in multipoint checkup. Staff are very rude.

I had replaced tire in this service. On the long weekend holiday trip to country side, I had a notification on "low pressure, it was a panic moment with no phone coverage and had to drive for sometime distance with notification. Eventually after checking it was found as tire pressure calibration issue. How this was missed when tire was replaced.
There was a snafu with my overnight drop-off, but Arbenz got it straightened out and took care of my car’s service the same day. He also went the extra mile in diagnosing one of the problems I was having and he saved me a world of trouble. I very much appreciate Arbenz’s excellent customer service and look forward to returning for my next service. Thank you!
