Please let Tech know about poss level 2 oil leak. Forgot I had put in 2 qts oil and spilled some , tried to wipe it off . Think that’s was what he saw.

The norm reeves service representative tried to convince me my service contract would not cover my tire replacement. Also, I was deterred from replacing my cabin air filter and told it had been checked and it had not been. This type of treatment always happens at the service desk at norm reeves.

I have always hesitated having my cars serviced at any dealership. Luis has restored my trust, particularly with Reeves Honda Irvine. Luis is highly professional, knowledgeable of his products, competent and polite.

The car has the tire light on when was brought in - the light came on again shortly after driving off. We plan to bring it in Friday. This is the 2nd time where this happend from last service.
