He notices things that we don’t even notice on our cars and works with us on finding a solution. Luis did a great job. The tech did not replace all the fastners on the undercarriage access panel. Disappointed by such substandard work. It's only a $2 fastner. QC lacking. Thats all.

I have had over 7 honda's and have had so many problems with a Honda that is lest than 5 years old and this is the only Honda I ever paid $5,000 for and additional warranty that I never had to use
Not honest about the detail what is wrong with the car and having me wait and let my car stay overnight for wrong diagnosis and not to be honest about pricing parts
