The service rep was very professional & friendly. Explained everything very thoroughly. Liked an overall inspection b4 deciding what I would need done. Since o needed a lot done, I was given a car to go home. Then when done, they would contact me. I needed a lot of work as I waited almost a year, instead of going every 6 months. A good lesson not to repeat. Thank you

Well, they couldn’t fix it and I’m driving around with a broken gas tank cover. Can’t wash my car cause I’m not sure what it will do if water gets in the gas tank. They don’t know when or if the part will ever get here, so no, I’m not satisfied.

Communicated very well. I called with an issue on the brake system and he walked me through everything. Got me in same day. I couldn’t go and my wife was taken care of with no issues. I work in Sales at Range Rover and know service can sometimes be a pain to deal with. Not here. Highly recommended. Thanks Ameed

Alex was very helpful and took great care of me. I was very disappointed when I got home and looked at the metal wheels on my tires. Everyone was covered in oil. I guess the days are gone when you get your car back washed. At least don’t send it back to me filthier than how I brought it. I find your technician s don’t pay attention to detail. Last time they spilled oil all inside the hood and I had to bring it back to get rid of the burning smell. It still lingers. Great job Alex, thumbs down technicians….
