I had an appointment at 9am for oil change only. It took little over 2 hrs to get the work done. Also I was told the car will get washed. But when it was brought out, it was Not washed till I asked again. My service rep Nathaniel was nice, kept me updated. However the service time was too long.

I had an appt across freeway and because your shuttle was busy your staff made a great decision to call Lyft Long story short was my crv got finished just in time for me to not need the Lyft. THANK YOU
