Delano provided excellent service and displayed care for my automobile. I trust Delano completely with his recommendations for my vehicle.
Too many surprises when I arrive. I came in for a $60 oil change and after accepting another $150 of work, I was asked if I should approve $600 more. If this is routine maintenance, why not just say that up front rather than wasting my time. I also looked up the fair asking price of the service and Norm Reeves was asking $100-$200 more than other Honda dealers. I want to do what I need for my vehicle but Norm Reeves always over charges.
The only downside was that they removed the keys and cards attached to the fob and did not reattach the ring. It was not easy and it was a time consuming task for me to re attach. They should either not remove (in fact I don’t see any reason to detach, and no other car dealership I have seen to do this) or if for whatever unthinkable reason they detach then they should re attach
