Alexander took great care of my needs - from my hrv check in for oil change & his recommended headlight restore. After inspection he showed me pic of poorly installed cabin filter - that I agreed to also install new one.
He had to jump through hoops to coordinate all the work & predicted a reasonable amount of time for me to wait in comfortable lounge for service to be completed.
Through it all he maintained a positive attitude & showed professionalism even though he had to stay overtime to finish everything!!!

Failure to notify the customer about the parts order status. I asked about the status of the vehicle and he said that everything is completed but when I came in for pickup , it was never been done.
The pickup of my van after service had a long delay. Evidently, no one thought that I was waiting all that time staring at my van sitting just inside the lot.
Brandon really takes good care of me whenever I need service on any of my Hondas and I really appreciate his dedication to his job
