Nathaniel did an outstanding job helping me with my questions although the problem in my car couldn’t be fixed because of an issue with the recall part. He was kind enough to get his supervisor involved and submitted the claim to try to fix the problem.

Warranty service was not performed as requested. Pre inspections are not part of warranty service and needs to be reported to Reginal honda for correction. Service technicians should due preliminary analysis before making conclusion as to the cause of warranty failures on the vehicles

Brandon really helped me understand the process and explained service. I am super impressed with his assistance and how professional he is. I will continue to use Norm Reeves Honda service because of him. He also made sure i was able to get a ride to work immediately. The driver also very accommodating helpful and professional. What a great team!
