Alexander was very professional, courteous, and personable to work with and made my experience pleasant. Unfortunately I can’t say that for the rude and uncooperative service I received at Norm Reeves Honda in Vista.
Getting tire pressure light days after car check
I bought my suv from norm reeves in 2016. I’ve had electrical issues in past and present with odyssey. I’m dissatisfied with lack of support for issues beyond my control. At present the control unit issue has been a nightmare and constant stressor. Norm reeves has offered little support to help with issues. While suv was in norm reeves possession the car was scuffed and battery died. Now the lane assist and forward collision light are despite being addressed. Alex has been kind but not helpful with every turn of this odyssey issue. Management won’t call or address issues. I’m not a fan of Honda norm reeves.
Advisor failed to update me on the timing of the service. Had to contact him to remind him.
Knowing Delano was overseeing the many repairs necessary for my vehicle allowed me to relax. Delano kept me well informed assisting in every way possible to provide me all available benefits. Alex was very professional, courteous in listening well to my concerns and recent experience & personable in communicating clearly and helping resolve the issue! We love in Riverside, but came all the way back out to Norm Reeves Honda, Irvine (where we bought our van) due to the high level of excellent customer service and we were not disappointed.
