Well —-don’t announce to the customer that you cannot find their car key. And they forgot to ‘rinse the car’ until I notified it hadn’t been done. The staff are all so polite and considerate.

For the third time I requested my car be washed and it still was not done. Also, if I had been notified that my service agreement was expiring, I would have come in sooner. Instead, I was charged for the scheduled maintenance.
