Loved the tech video, minor disappointment came when I asked for a courtesy car wash, and a placement plastic cap for my tire …? Both were not done and caused a 25 min delay to take the car back and do the wash as requested that was on the paper work & to find a small plastic tire pressure cap. Otherwise great, glad I hadn’t drove off and checked .

My service advisor was absolutely fantastic. No complaints there. But I feel that goodyear or whoever should pay for providing me with a defective tire that blew out on the freeway 70 miles away from home and ruined my day.
