I have a sensor warning “Battery Charging System Problem “. Your shop has attempted to fix the problem twice but I still have the same warning.
When I picked up the van the next day the inside smelled like garbage. Like it had been parked by a dumpster with the windows down. Thankfully the smell dissipated by the next day.
Everything else about the service was fantastic.
There were a lot of issues to address when I first brought in my car. Alexander was knowledgeable and courteous.

Matthew was excellent. He was extremely friendly and even got my car in for an ac inspection when someone canceled their appointment. My car was scheduled at the end of August. Very satisfied with his level of customer service, and I have a customer service background.

My experiences with your service department have always been excellent and this week was no exception. I will always use them while I have a Honda. My experience with your sales department have been the total opposite. The reason i don't want an appraisal from you on my current car is because I do not think I would ever buy a car from your dealership.
