We had a terrible experience with the service department, Sean Davenport in particular. Sean failed to provide any updates or information our throughout the process, and pointlessly wasted a lot of our time due to questionable decision making. I had to reach out to Norm Reeves multiple times to get any updates on my vehicle. Ultimately, my car stayed at Norm Reeves overnight for no discernable reason, and Sean's mismanagement had wasted a lot of our time. I dropped off my vehicle before 10am on Friday. I received zero communication from Sean throughout the day despite being told it would only take a few hours to diagnose the issue. I had to call Norm Reeves multiple times near end of day before being able to reach Sean some time after 4pm. I was told the technicians could not replicate the issue. I do not understand why this could not have been communicated to me any earlier in the day. Additionally, I was told the car would need to stay overnight as a part needed to come in from Honda, and that it would be ready "next morning". By next morning, zero communication again. I had to follow up again with other people at Norm Reeves to get someone to reach out to Sean to get any update. I receive a call back from Sean stating he would speak to the technician and call me back with updates. An hour later, no call back and no indication of when I would be able to pick up my vehicle. I had to physically come to Norm Reeves to get any type of information regarding my car this time. At this point, Sean stated again that the part is coming from Honda and I would need to return in 3-5 business days after it arrives. Besides the terrible communicatiom from Sean, I am now questioning how he has been able to mismanage this case this exceptionally. If my car could not be repaired without this part, and Sean already knew this on the first day, why did it need to sit at the dealership overnight? And why could this not have been communicated earlier in the morning, let alone the previous night? And why did we need to physically come to Norm Reeves ourselves to get a simple follow up on these matters?

Why did my wife have to wait over 3 hours for her car to be ready when we had an appointment? The shop by us is ALOT faster. Not to mention they either have more employees than you Honda people do or they are hard workers. The only thing I appreciate is Sean who helped us. He helped me get a Lyft to work as well. Other than that, you guys need better workers back there smh
