It took over 4+ hours to service my car for the oil change and wheel alignment. Mr. Le was somewhat attentive to my concerns, but I was still very dismayed the by the amount of time I had to wait. The excuse I received was that there were a lot of people checking in that day. It was not a pleasant experience although Mr. Long Le was very fair on the pricing.

Alexander was fabulous. Knowledge is superior and helped me immensely with a timing issue for picking up the car and was successful. The car looks great.

Luis listened to my concerns, suggested a diagnostic test. I appreciate him explaining everything to me. What I didn’t know was your service techs would inspect my whole and give me recommendations on tires. Thank ou for wonderful services. Some great employees work at this dealership.

I told Alexander I’d be picking up the car between 5:45-6:15. He mentioned that was near closing so that he would put the paperwork and keys at the front desk. He gave detailed instructions for where I should go and pick it up. He also followed up with me throughout the day. He was very pleasant and helpful to work with.

Past 3 experiences here have been absolutely awful if I could leave 0 stars for norm reeves I would. First bad experience came here a few weeks ago to fix my air conditioner because it was not blowing cold air as well as a oil change walked in at about 8-9am advisors name I believe was Alex Hernandez who always helps me out who is great (**** he got transferred to HB) said it would be a about a couple hours before my car is fixed fast forward it’s about 2-3Pm and haven’t heard back from my advisor regarding the status of my vehicle called him multiple times was not returning my calls tried the customer service department no one was picking up. I lyfted my self back to the dealership out of my own pocket expense.I reach the dealer ship and all the service advisors were standing there with NO customers inside they were all talking between each other not sure why they weren’t able to pick up the phone, anyways Alex explains me how with the newer model civic they need some special freeiont and how it takes a few hours to diagnose it. Wish he had told me that at first when I initially dropped my car off at this point it’s already late in the day and no work has been done on my car I tell him I need my car back. Not sure the advisors name short bald 30s with beard/scruff asks me what the problem is then he proceeds to tell me about the special freeiont the Honda takes yada yada which I appreciate him. I let Alex know that I would get a second opinion and reschedule if needed.At this point you guys had my car for almost 7 hours and 0 work got done which makes no sense but okay. I take it to a mechanic and they tell me the same story to just take it back to Honda which I did at this point the service manager is my new advisor he apologizes for the first incident about Alex. He says the car should be done today just needs to be diagnosed he calls me later tells me he’s gonna need it over night to finish it. Next day I pick up my car late in the afternoon it’s finally. Took almost 2 days to fix my AC. Today I had appointment at 8:30 am the advisor who helped me out was Nathaniel for B1 service he proceeded to ask if I was staying here or if I needed a ride back to my house which I said I needed a ride back. He said okay since you won’t be staying here instead of the 1:30-2 hours I quoted you it will be double the time about 4 hours since your not staying Honda won’t prioritize your car, I was completely dumb founded with that remark so Honda is punishing people with scheduled appointments because they don’t wanna wait at the dealer ship??? He calls me and tells me car is done I said okay great I need a ride back to the dealership I let him know I was busy at that moment and would be done shortly he proceeded to text me to let him know the address that I would like to be picked up at when I’m ready. I texted Nathaniel the adress waited for a reply back 20 minutes past by with no response I call the dealership and explain to them how I just need a ride back the lady transfers me but Nathaniel doesn’t pick up which at this point I just ordered a Uber back to the dealership out of my own pocket expenses. I arrive at the dealership and ask Nathaniel if he could take the Uber amount off my tab which he did he then proceeds to tell that management is cracking down on giving people rides back and forth that for future reference they will only be providing / paying for 1 way ride that we would be responsible for the ride back???? How do they expect us to get back to the dealership?? This place absolutely **** management or ownership is cutting cost and making consumers pay for it , you guys got rid of shuttle service now you guys won’t even Lyft/Uber people back and forth not to mention you guys don’t ever have any loaner cars. Nothing is ever done in a timely manner at this place not sure if under staffed or you guys just like to over book your appointments, as well as service advisors can’t seem to communicate in a timely manner. Have boughten 5 cars from you guys as well.

I ordered wheel alignment. it’s not much different from before. I will not use wheel alignment here again.
