One item on the checklist was not checked and I received no explanation for why. My service representative had little experience and I feel I would be better served by someone with more experience. My seat was moved during the process and I still can't get it back to how I was. Also my dash settings were changed. The whole experience was frustrating and time consuming in a way that I have not previously experienced with other dealerships.
Made an appointment for Monday 11:30am for a Tune Up. I received a call that my vehicle would ready the following day. Around Tuesday at 10:30am my vehicle was ready for pick up. Didn't receive the Multipoint inspection sheet. In the invoice J#2 MPI notes topped off all fluids. I checked under the hood and noticed that my wiper fluid was empty. Didn't receive any photos or videos of the work being done by the technician.
NO!!! First problem: was quoted estimate of $1300, actual cost about $1580. Second problem: entered my car to leave and the seat had been altered to suit someone who was only moving across the service lot. Had to completely reset my seat. Third problem: told service manager that there was a burp in the acceleration when I pressed the pedal. When I drove off the lot, the problem was worse! Fourth problem: after problems accelerating, the transmission revved up excessively before automatically shifting. Fifth problem: there are more warning lights lighting the panel than when I first took it for repair. Sixth problem: will be inconvenienced to return car to fix all that wasn’t fixed the first time!!
