Having an excellent service advisor like Luis Prado is the reason I keep coming back to my original 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport Touring selling dealership to get my oil changes and tire rotation and other services. In my honest opinion Luis Prado should be on The Honda helpful people commercial; he helped me resolve a paint defect on both side mirrors and three door handles through a Honda Goodwill coverage. An issue I had brought up to an advisor on a prior oil change visit but nothing was ever offered and simply told the manufacturer paint warranty had expired. This car is driven by my wife who was super happy to find out her prized Honda was finally getting the defects addressed all thanks again to Luis Prado. This very nice gesture from Luis and Hondas Goodwill program has regained my belief that honda will stand behind their products and correct any defects if they should arise. Thank you very much!!

I understand that Alexander is a new member to the Norm Reeves Honda team. I think that you’ve found another good one. I found Alexander easy to deal with. I thought that he was usually on top of maintaining good communication, particularly since the repairs were complicated by the need to involve my “less communicative” insurance company. This made it easy for me to lend a hand and work together in pressing my insurance company. Alexander seemed eager to be helpful, and I left feeling I had a positive experience.

My vehicle had issues with the front end axles and then the struts on both sides. My car is less than 2 years old and this should not have happened. Delano worked patiently with me each time I had to bring my car in for the same reason. I appreciate his professionalism and friendly attitude. It made my experience so much better. Thank you ????
