Brandon was very nice. He tried to help. But your solution to the issue with my brand new car is utterly B.S. the feeling I get is because no one has a fix for my issue, they simply avoided my calls. I was communicating by text. What kind of customer service is that???? If I want a text, why not program bots to do the same thing? Honda is deflecting responsibility similar to when airlines blame weather or air traffic control for delays so that THEY do not have to compensate their customers. Same situation here.
You sold me a brand new defective car. That’s another point too. The sales team was on the full court press when they were selling me the car. After the purchase I never received a thank you or any follow up. “Hows the car? What can we help you with? “. Nothing! Crickets!

Service advisor Nathaniel Arce was thorough, cordial and very professional. He communicated clearly and I always appreciate it when I'm NOT pressured into service I don't really need and he did not do that. Great job, Nathaniel.

I had to wait almost 2 months for a part for my truck to be fixed. My service representative was not proactive. It was only after I asked to speak to his manager that my part mysteriously was ready for installation the next day. I would not recommend your service department.
I wouldn't trust anyone else with the service for my Honda. My car continuesto run like a new one.
