Assisted me with questions I had. Also gave me advice on when to get my next service since the last time I got service for my civic was wrong information on me having to get my transmission fluid flushed and brake fluid flush.
Luis was both professional and friendly. He asked if I wanted a car wash after my service, and when I mentioned I have another meeting to get to, he promised it would only take 5 minutes and delivered in the promised time. Great experience overall.
