Best Honda service provider I’ve worked with since buying my odyssey. I came in with a brake issue after going to two other dealerships. The other dealerships were not able to identify the issue or offer any productive solutions. Mayhieu actually offered multiple solutions and recommendations. Great, proactive communicator and problem solver.

I specifically requested a complimentary car wash, 3 people confirmed that it was done. When I checked my car, its still dirty. I was thinking….am I stupid? They would simply say done and I will believe it?!
I will advice management to take down or remove the notice of complimentary car wash so your customer will not expect it when requested and be pissed. This is simple a request and I am ok if your employees would simply say NO.
