While Delano is very nice, I still don’t understand how before my routine 100k mile service my AC was fine then immediately afterwards it’s suddenly not fine and needs $1500 more of parts and repair. It’s just all too a little coincidental for me. Due to this I will not be returning.
I was told my care is going to be ready between 3-4pm and I will receive a call. Waited till past 4 and decided to initiate the call myself. When I talk to Michael I was told he will check with technician and that he will call me back. There I called again past 5, I understand he has to check everything to make sure the suggested “maintenance or job needed on my car” are all right. But at least I was looking forward for a call and let me know what is happening.

My car is still not fixed after 4 times taking it in for the same issue. I was not notified when my car was ready and then I had my car for over 1.5 hours and finally received a text my car was ready. Very poor communication. Did not go over any of the items that were addressed.
