If I take my car to you guys for an oil change. Stick up with the oil change. Don't move the wheel of the features I already had on my CRV. Who ever worked on my car moved the wheel and the seat. The set we had was changed and we had to reset it again. Even though this is not a big deal, these things can be irritating, no need to touch anything else. Also the person that helped me told me 8:30am was going to be ready. At 8:35 he told me 5 more minutes and he didn't end up giving me my was until 9:00am. I don't mind waiting but a firm time would be better.

My car was in your shop for 3 weeks and all they did was replace my battery. I sent my Service Advisor videos of my problems which for the eight time with you, they could not figure out what my problem was. So they gave me my car back without a solution. Norm Reeves Honda Service is the WORST on the planet. I don’t know why I bring my car into you guys for service. I never have had very good service from you!!!

When we dropped off the car we asked for the car wash before picking up the car. When they brought the car out it hadn’t been washed. We waited while they took it back to be washed. When they brought the car out to us, the car still wasn’t washed. It looked like they wiped the dust off the car. When we got in the car, the windows were dirty as well as the rear view windows on the sides of the car. We couldn’t wait any longer and just went home frustrated. They also said they needed the car all day for a recall. They said they didn’t have a loaner car but would give us a ride to a car rental. Turned out the car was ready in 3 and a half hours. If we had known, we wouldn’t have driven two cars to the dealer. We could have waited for the car. Seems we spent the day just driving to and from the dealer. I sure hope it’s better next time.
