Hello, I really disappointed with service charge today. I asked oil change and filter change only and got agreed total $59 but after they finished service and asked me to pay $128.00.
I told him I just asked to do oil change and filter change but he said he misunderstood and he still want me to pay $128.
This feel like scammer and really upset with service also they said it will be done by 1 hour but took more than 2hours to get done.
Arbenz has been very pleasant to deal with, accommodating and helpful. I will keep going to him for car matters. Today, my CRV was serviced but there was a missing wiper blade. He committed to replace with a complete set. Thanks Arbenz!
