My advisor. Just like your service advisor, I am quite busy and so this was very frustrating that I had to waste my time trying to reach the service adviser for a basic question. I asked to speak to a service manager so I could get an answer instead of having to keep calling back but the service operator stated she couldn’t reach anyone herself after placing me on a brief hold.

Nathaniel has been taking care of me in service for years. He is outstanding on a professional level and also a human level. Authentic, clear, direct, kind, professional but flexible and good humored, and always trying to help in every way. I’d hate to lose him in customer service, but promote him or give him good compensation when the timing is right.
