malu is the best very explicit straight to the point explains everything and has an excellent attitude. I highly commend him and I think you guys should consider giving him a raise because he is definitely a asset to Honda. After explaining things I ended up going with Norm Reeves, rather than another Honda dealer that charges a lot more, so I’m thankful for people like him
