My appointment was for a replacement battery. The battery was not installed because it was not in stock. No one told me before my appointment so it could be rescheduled. Service advisor expected me to do all the leg work reference some paint repair of my brand new vehicle that was not able to be handled on New Years Day when I purchased it. He kept asking me for a “due bill” so the vehicle could be sent to the collision shop. I have no idea what this means and he could have contacted sales and handled this for me. I have
Normally been very satisfied with service at this dealership but I was very disappointed this time. I had to make the calls myself and he failed to keep me updated. I had to call several times to find out what was happening with my vehicle.

Alexander is courteous, professional, and has the best interest of has customers in focus. It isn’t easy to provide a customer with a long list of super expensive repairs when all that they wanted was an oil change but Alex was professional and explained everything with ease. Bravo, Well done!

Very satisfied with the service and help from Michael and his team. However, it would be nice if Honda could offer their loyal customers with discounts if/when they reach a certain price point for services.
I thought he was very attentive, and was good at explaining the brake rotors thinning and the need for new ones. There was no pressure to purchase, but presented the essential need in order to put on new brake pads. He was very nice and easy to understand.
