I have known Michael for years and he has been my trusted advisor for all of our Honda Vehicles. It’s why we followed him to Norm Reeves Honda.
I arrived at 7 and didn’t leave until 1130. The brake pads were not in stock even though I called beforehand to arrange everything and nothing was prepared. I asked for an update around 1030 and was told they forgot to let me know that they had to pick up the brake pads from another location. I’ll never go back to this location or maybe never return to a Honda dealership the next time I need something done to my car.
He was extremely helpful and professional. He helped me with all my car issues. I am very satisfied with this service.
Micheal was very knowledgeable about the known AC issues with my car and completely upfront with the other upcoming maintenance issues and realistic timelines on when they would actually be needed. Didn't feel like I was being upsold unnecessary maintenance like I usually do at other places.
I’ve always received excellent service from Michael Fernandez. Michael became my service advisor in 2016 when he worked at another Honda Dealership. When Michael relocated to Norm Reeves Honda I immediately moved my service needs to this dealership so I could continue to work with him.
Nathaniel was extremely informative and patient. I had a couple questions today and he made sure he answered without hesitation I will be coming back again.

I'm satisfied with your regular maintenance that was due. However, the main problem I came in for was never taken care of. It's the motor mounts. That's all I really wanted done and it didn't expect to have the rest of it done as well. Maybe I didn't communicate well with your service department. When I come back in again I want your service people to be clear about what they will be doing prior to the service. Thank you.

Alexander Heckman is wonderful in every angel of his task. He has done a wonderful job in my few visits, but this last time was even better since I was a bit frustrated with the issue with my car but he did everything to make sure I was well taken care of. Alexander Heckman is definitely an asset to this company.
