Alexander was a pleasure to work with. I also received timely updates on my vehicle. The staff did give a few recommended services. I thought the inspection and online system to present that was efficient and presented the costs in an easy-to-understand matter. Alexander even asked if I wanted a car wash.
All in all, I was very satisfied with my experience.

Delano kept me well informed as to the status of the repairs, and made sure that the work was covered under the warranty. I’m very well satisfied as to the service that I received with this latest repair of the automobile.
Arbenz did an amazing job in managing the servicing of my car. Most importantly, I felt I could trust him and that he would not push services that were not truly needed. Delano was very helpful, kind and met my expectations. After finding out my long time service advisor Matthew was gone (I was REALLY BUMMED), Delano stepped right in and really made my experience at Norm Reeves a positive one since Matthew was gone. Delano was able to assist and answer all my questions and was super positive. Highly recommend him to others. Also want to give a positive shout out to Alexander who helped with the check in process so I could get to work on time Friday morning! Way to go service team!
