Jacob was professional and very personable.. especially for 7am! I just took my other vehicle to the Toyota dealer; this was leaps and bounds better experience from start to finish. Oil change was quick, communication was thorough, no upselling. I’m usually not a dealership guy But the overall experience and Jacob’s service shifted my pov.

The team at Norm Reeves is great! Gerardo was my advisor the first time I came in and this time as well. He is thorough and listens to his customers concerns. I came in for an issue with my battery that continued after replacing my battery. He ran a diagnostic on my car and found nothing but he did find that the KARR alarm system was draining my battery so he had it replaced. Thank you Gerardo!
