I was accorded swift service regarding my tire pressure problem on my Honda Odyssey Sport. Michael explained the reason for low tire pressure which was due to nail on my tire which required a patch fix to the inside of the right rear tire. I’m very grateful and appreciative that this was fixed for free. Thank you Norm Reeves Honda and to your service rep Michael Fernandez.

I had oil leaking on my garage floor after the oil change. The vehicle has on 36k miles and has never had an oil leak before. I called Norm Reeves Irvine Service dept to get this issue resolved. The Service representative, Renee, couldn't get a me an appointment the same day, and she couldn't connect me to a Service advisor or manager. I am very frustrated by the inability to correct a very basic mess up.
