I’ve been in the service industry with Toyota, Mercedes and BMW I have been challenged with CSi for many years. My experience with my service on my Honda at Norm Reeves Honda was second to none. Michael was professional throughout my entire experience. He gathered all my information and kept me well informed. The entire service dept was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have three Honda stores and drove by all of them to receive this exceptional service. Hats off to a well run organization. A strong reflection of a well trained service manager.

My car is still having problems and I’ve already talked to Alexander Heckman about them. Less than three hours after I picked my car up. FCW is flashing and I sent him the video of it. It’s the third fourth or fifth time it’s happened and this wasn’t even when I brought my car in for but it started happening after they put the door latch in for the driver side door of my Honda Odyssey.
Luis is great. He explained everything very clearly.
