While my service was great and Long was excellent, I had ordered a part that was supposed to have been replaced when I brought my vehicle in. The part was supposed to have arrived no later than 2 days before my appointment but it was not there. I now have to make another visit to get it replaced. This is no fault of the service department but it is frustrating.

The customer service here is top notch. Never seen this with another dealership service team. Truly, every technician from when I drop my car off, to the complimentary car wash, and service advisor... they work together well and all display amazing team work. I never feel abandoned or in the dark. Great, great, service all together and that's why my family and I come here.
