Mike checked in my vehicle and provided a cost and time estimate. Repairs were done and matched the cost estimate. My vehicle was ready sooner than expected and was much appreciated.
Service from the advisers were fine however the staff making initial contact and sending you on your way are horrible. Thin build 20s 5’10”dyed blonde hair were mocking the car that I drove as he was bringing my car around then he broke my key chain as he was handing it to me. Not sure what was wrong with him. He should be fired for his behavior. obviously I won’t be coming back here again even though I have Honda care. Mechanics should thank the service assistants for that.
