Arbenz is the best service advisor I've ever encountered. One of a kind. He communicates clearly and accurately. Always make sure the price I pay is reasonable to keep me wanting to come back to the dealer instead of a 3rd part Honda mechanic, like VTEC, which I used to go to and liked. He's got good vibe, easy to work with, doesn't waste my time and money, straight to the point, and just get things done. I had different advisors in the past at this dealer, but none of them can match Arbenz.

We have two cars, and both of them are Honda’s. That tells a lot in itself.
Nathaniel was extremely helpful and accommodating. My only comment would be the fact that Honda charges for a simple tire patch when other locations repair for free.
Car service is done ahead of promised time. Customer is well informed on what is going on with the car. Communication is good. Arbenz delivered exceptional customer service. I will surely come back for my car service.
